When I had the thermostat in, I was seeing it stabilize the temperature at
about 195 degrees.  Either my thermostat was a little off, or my temperature
gauge is off.  Maybe both, who knows.

Finding out now that I have no clue what my oil temperatures have been doing
are a big concern to me right now.  I hope to see when I get the sensor in
the right place that the temperature is in line.  If not, I may have damaged
the engine, but it seems to be running good, outside of the tuning issues.
