Perry, I tried to do just that this evening but neither Amazon nor B&N stock it, and Bookfinder.com says:
The Books in Print database claims that the book with ISBN "1893639053" is in print. Unfortunately, none of the 60,000+ booksellers whose inventories we search appear to have any copies for sale.
It's a shame, this looks like an interesting book. Does it contain any contact information for the author? I could create a server-hosted version of the code that wouldn't be downloadable but would allow people to fill out a Web form and get the basics out, if the author was willing to allow this.
