Hi Jim, I tried very hard to get one of the people with prop making experience to create the templates for my prop. Phil Johnson, Al Wick, and Perry Mick could not come with anything. I have all the materials ready, but looks like will have to buy one off the prop makers.

He says a prop costs about $100 to make and takes a week or two. Makes trial and error affordable.
