I can agree that this is probably what was meant by the description of what you should see when scoping an O2 sensor, since they expect it to be on a car. Another small assumption is required with this explanation though. Since people buy AF meters for their cars, we must assume that the meters have some sort of averaging circuit built in. I would also assume that the EM-2 would be erratic, if you connected it to a car's O2 sensor, and left the sensor hooked to the ECU. Heading to the hanger now, so maybe I'll know more later.
