Tell us more. ;-) I have some of Bill's rotary related stuff, but haven't heard from him in years & didn't know about his Lyc failure.

BTW, if anyone's interested in any 'peripheral' components for a rotary installation, let me know. I've got Bill's GM heater cores (for radiators) and a couple of Mazda oil coolers. Also his GRT EIS that's set up for the rotary. Probably some other stuff that I've forgotten about. I ended up with different stuff installed in the RV7.

You should probably mention if it is an -A model (4-planet, 200hp) or the -B Model (6-planet 300hp).
