Greetings,

Actually, I'm = asking about=20 a pump to transfer fuel from my new truck's 34 gallon tank, to the = plane. =20 Being able to measure the amount of fuel transferred would be a real=20 bonus.  Someone told me that Wick's had one, but I never could find = it=20 online.  Anyone know of such a pump?  I'm sure I can cobble = something=20 together, but if there's one already made to do this, I would probably = go that=20 route.  Being able to run 87 octane is going to be one of the = benefits of=20 getting rid of the turbo.

On another fuel = note, I was=20 complaining earlier about my 2-stroke oil separating from the fuel, but = I think=20 I was mistaken.  After 4 months, my oil was still very well mixed = in the=20 plane, so I think the problem was that I didn't get the oil mixed in the = first=20 place before.  I had added the full tank's worth of oil when it was = basically empty.  I figured that filling the tank, and taxiing back = to the=20 hanger would mix it, but I guess it didn't.  I now believe that = mixing it=20 well the first time is the key.

Cheers,
Rusty (filling = that 34=20 gallon tank will be painful)
