In my case 1/2". Buly I'm assuming you have a plate, sandwiched between the oil pan and engine. If so, did you extend the oil pickup a half inch to make up for the plate? In my case, I used the stock pickup, and figure that I'll just have a half inch of oil that I can't pick up. Since the pickup wasn't changed, the oil dipstick calibration is still correct. Just curious.
