5K pot     1/8 in sh.        Hosfelt    CM46434
5K pot  1/8 in             Allied    753-9538        392-JB Clarostat
5K pot ¼”            Jameco    13995            (for re-design)
1/8” knob            Jameco    138384

Just some possibilities. Any linear 5 K ohm pot should do.
