Hi guys & gals,

Is there any interest in another 'rotary roundup'/alt engine event? Sorry for the gap in annual events, but with recent reductions in responsibilities, my wife & I could host one the weekend of Sept 27-29 here at Slobovia Outernational (MS71) if there's enough interest.

For those who haven't attended before, Slobovia is a 4800' grass strip, about 10 miles north of Jackson MS. Several who are already flying have said that they're interested in coming, so we should have some flying examples in attendance. We're hoping the 3-digit temps will be gone by then, and we can actually enjoy being outside looking at engine installations.

If you'd like to attend, could you please email me and let me know? I need to know whether there's enough interest for me to clean up the hangar, and I need time to do it. :-) If there's enough interest, I'll post an official notice here, including driving directions for those who are still building.
