Steve, I’ve seen a warning about counterfeit NKG plugs on an aviation forum but don’t remember which one. They identified a couple of marking differences but I don’t remember the details. One thing I do remember is the washer was loose in the box or could easily be removed from the plug. NKG washers are not easily removed. A Google search turns up more information about how to identify counterfeit NKG plugs.
