| Dave - thank you i feel sometimes a bit " isolated " here in South Africa in the experimental builders class. Has also joinned the EAA in USA to "stay on par" with the new technologies in the experimental class. I have allready converted my 13B turbo model to a p port 44 mm inside diameter. Regarding the slidethrottle and intakes i think i must go with a plugs up mount with a downdraft holley and leaning block. Or if somebody on the group can helped me on the "plugs up topic." Has not scroll all the threads on the group yet - forgive me if it was an old topic. Here in South Africa some of the websites are blocked by servers and can't get hold off more info. I saw that David Gray bought Ed's bird ,saw a article years ago about his plugs up mount, is it still relevant? Seems much more practical for the exaust outlet and the correct intake runner length.
