I am in the middle of moving CAS units to the flex = plate area.

I marked 25degrees BTDC = on the flex plate and installed the torsion damper.

I realized that if I turned the bolts that hold the = damper to the flex plate backwards with the nuts on the engine side of = the flexplate I could use one of the bolt locations as the = trigger.

If=A0 =BE” holes were = drilled in the large plate the sensors could be mounted to the plate = =A0within the bolt circle of the damper.

Flipping the bolts moves the steel material from the = proximity of the sensor.

The sensor = could also be shimmed outward to tune the gap.

A trigger =A0bracket could be secured using one of the = damper bolts.

It appears that the = sensors will clear the gear reduction housing.

Any thoughts?
