Hi Steve No worries, unfortunately u don't need much, but it will only seem to surface the more pressure you run (higher rpm and heat etc) You shouldn't have any bubbles at all once warm, I can leave my cap off my engine whilst warm and running and I see nothing now. All learnt from experience, but in saying that I wouldn't be keen to pull down your engine either until it really was a problem. ( running way to hot etc) Hope this helps. Neil unfortunately just had this issue with a newly rebuilt motor. I've also had this issue, I then swapped to tracy,s seals. Hope this helps.
