Seems that most of the problem was that the seals simple were not sealing very well. After a couple of flights things seemed to improve and I stopped getting significant amounts of combustion gasses into the coolant. Though me thinks it is time to re-work my cooing system a little so that accumulated gasses end up in the catch can and get blown off first... should be an easy modification. I still have a brisk oil drip from somewhere probably several spots... still trying to identify and fix..
