On most recent flight from Shady Bend to Clearwater, the engine monitor alarm kept going off. EGT on rotor 2 higher than rotor 1 and higher than 1800F, intermittent.
First I thought I should replace spark plugs, but reading up on SAG postings, it appears that bad spark plugs reduce EGTs and RPM.
So, should I instead look at cleaning injectors?
