Tracy,
Did you ever get your fuel usage to measure litres?? I think it has to multiply by 3.87 to convert.   Hoping to be in the air again shortly and will fiddle with it while flying off the engine hours.  Neil

Hi Joe,
   For Fuel pressure use a
Stewart Warner  114875.      These are available from Summit Racing as PN  SWW-114875.

There is only one sensor you could possibly share with a monitor (inlet air temp) and I would not recommend sharing that one.

All the best,
Tracy

Hi,
I am trying to put together an engine monitor to measure oil temp, oil pressure, water temp, water pressure, fuel pressure, EGTs, tach, air pressure (for delta P across the rad).  I am using an EC4 to get the P Port running and will switch to something else (EC-3) for flight.  Sending units need to be as close to working values as possible.  The GM temp sensor looks like it will work for water and oil and i got a program working using an arduino board USBed to my PC.  The VDO 360-009 0-80PSI looks like it would work for oil pressure and the VDO 360-043 Looks like it would work for water pressure. 0-30psi.  What is every one using for fuel pressure?  I believe the target is 38 psi for the pumps that John used.  I found an app for apple devices that displays data and gets it via wifi.  There is a wifi sheild for the arduino so it looks doable.  Thought it would work while I dial in the P Port.  Can the  engine monito and ECU share sensor inputs?  Does there need to be signal conditioning?  Appreciate any help / input.
