Earnest,

I was wondering about the aerodynamic shape.  Do you plan to have it in the airstream?  It seems that flat surfaces have been a problem in some other mufflers.  You may need to install some ribs or such to strengthen the flat surfaces if they prove to be a problem later??

Interesting design.  I'll be anxious to hear the final decibel numbers.  Also, have you figured out a way to measure the back-pressure?  That's always a challenge with complex muffler designs.

I made a series of videos of muffler.  It was easier than trying to explain in an email.

I've not taken any measurements yet, but subjectively I think it's working well.  Even after I turned the injectors around, fuel is still pooling in the intake manifold.  I've got a more drastic fix curing right now, so I might have valid numbers in a couple days.
