If you look at pictures of the 16X rotor here

about mid way down the page there's a comparison between the 16X and the
13B rotor. The 16X rotor is almost identical but slightly bigger. I'm
just looking at the commercial around the 33 second mark and saying "hmm
that looks bigger than a 13B rotor." Pretty scientific huh?
