Seems limited to the monitor. I was a little concerned me screwing around pushing the buttons trying to get it to clearly have inadvertently modified my engine settings but the engine seems to starting and running fine.
I have turned everything off, tried A & B ((even though seemingly currently unrelated to the controller), and mucked around with the buttons, toggles and contrast knob to no avail. Great timing as I was hopping to call a DAR in the next several days/couple
of weeks. Hues I still can since I have the Dynon. I have just become accustomed to the redundancy and the ability to easily check out my map table. I guess I can add a cover plate. I had a similar happening a few years ago but it affected the controller too.
Since then both had had all wording check, verified and/or replaced
The monitor has been off about 20 minutes now and still wouldn't come up.
Tracy? Are you in Florida and able to have me send The unit in???

I have had my EM2 screen go blank while flying, I then turned the EM2 power switch off and back on and it came right back. The engine ran fine throughout. Don't accidently turn the EC2 off and back on though- it might run rough and you might have to go
to controller B to get back home. And then after shutdown, you might start it up and it will then run fine on both controllers.
Just saying, 'cause it might have happened to me.
