I have nearly 300 = hours on this combination so far. I love Tracy's stuff but I haven't = flown with the Vari-Prop yet because of various issues. Larry sent my prop in parts that I assembled. This saved shipping and I = liked being able to assemble it myself. However Larry must not have = assembled ahead of time since there were some things that didn't fit = correctly. In the process of getting this corrected I found Larry to be = sincere but lacking in focus. The prop seem very excellent in workmanship but make sure Larry = assembles it and tests it before he sends you one. I plan on flying mine = very soon.
