An easier way would be to just buy my 20B with prop that is already built.

Vari-Pitch prop, and all of Tracy’s products.

Front side plate is also unique in that it has bosses and bolt holes to bolt it to the thick 20B hsg............The 93-2002

13BREW  RX7 front housing has these undrilled bosses but the intake ports are smaller than the 13B-20B Cosmo...........

I believe Tracy's 20B was built up using 13BREW plates and hsgs except the unique 20B thick hsg........If I remember

correctly this 20B hsg's intake ports were matched to the 13BREW with Epoxy..........There may be other mix and match

problems that I am not aware of...........

Don't forget about the counterweights.

Is it possible to build a 20 b engine from parts??? Maybe a 13 b core and a 20 b eccentric shaft.

You need an additional iron plate that is unique to the 20b.  Obviously you'd need a bolt kit from a 20B
