Well, almost dead.  Mistral is back in business as we speak.  They restarted operations in May, IIRC.  I have been in regular communication with them.

Also, even if you could still buy it is orphaned. Yeah, I have heard they
may be back, I just doubt it. These guys may be brilliant engineers but I
have little faith in the business flare. Course they live in a country
slightly more socialist than us so they may have restrictions I can not
grasp.....yet (yes, that is a directed slight to Chairman Barry and the
Central Committee). Also, even though I have the Mistral intake, NO support or even polite
