It's the Cox server that the mail is being routed through. Cox will not negotiate with them because they charge you to clear your IP from the blacklist (vs. the way most services out there which are more targeted.) Now if you could explain why the server would let some spammer through who is not a member of the list I'd like to hear it. I guess this is why most of these types of groups use either the forum format or something along the lines of a Yahoo Group. I finally got tired of fighting it and got a gmail account.
