The system is only as effective as the weakest link in the chain. Which given how many there are (and there are a couple more than Tracy mentioned) , it could be discouraging to think you got 3 out of 4 correct and it still won't cool effectively - but, then if we were the easily discouraged (or perhaps brighter) type, we wouldn't be doing this {:>).
