Ernest, your a CAD guy. Is it possible you could roust me up a CAD model of this PM generator? [I'm assuming you've got one]?
At this point I'm looking at all options and it is possible that some form of an 'adaptor' plate could be supplied w/ units inteneded to use
various generator or alternator combos.

I'm still considering how a Harley type PM generator would be integrated with this plate. The rotor, which is the largest diameter, is 6.5" in diameter. If the water pump was rotated clockwise slightly centered on the inlet/outlet holes, it would fit around the crankshaft. Roughly, the stator would bolt to the housing on some raised bosses, centered on the shaft. The rotor would have it's mounting hole enlarged to accept the crankshaft, and holes drilled to match it to the stock pulley mount. A pulley would be turned that snugly covers the backward facing rotor, which would be sandwiched between the rotor and trigger wheel, and all three bolted to the pulley adapter. The belt would run on the side of the rotor, separated by the pulley.
The VR mount might then have to be shifted slightly to account for the depth difference.
40 amps. 6 lbs, total.
