What I'd like to obtain from the wisdom of those who have gone before is whether it is worth machining into it step(s) for an O-ring. The current pickup seems to be using a gasket to seal it (I haven't tried scraping it off, yet. I know I don't need the o-ring to hold pressure the way they have to on the filter housing, but it can't leak the least bit of air either, right? Two gaskets is pretty simple, but then again, two o-ring recesses is just a few minutes with a 20mm mill cutter. > > Your thoughts? > > Dale Rogers > COZY MkIV #0497 > Ch. 13 in-progress > > > -- > Homepage: http://www.flyrotary.com/ > Archive and UnSub: http://mail.lancaironline.net:81/lists/flyrotary/List.html >
