Chris and John,

         Do both of you have the same ratio PSRU ??.................Most pushers use the

2.17 to 1 gearbox because of prop clearance issues as I recall...............

Holy crap! Is that a 3 blade 68" IVO Magnum prop? At 34 MAP I only get about 4700. I need 44 map to get 5600.
If our props are the same then either something is wrong / different - map / rpm reading or prop pitch setting -  or your engine is developing a LOT more power than mine?

Better check that you're getting a significant rpm drop on the high pitch setting.
