The MP measures after the air filter, and any other restriction I, by necessity or stupidity, include in the intake system, with two rotors trying to suck a vacuum.  The blower is trying to add back some air pressure to that vacuum that is being sucked.  What is the contribution of the blower?

Another option I have is to disconnect and turn around the air filter, and cap the blower.  Then the engine will be sucking ambient air pressure, and I could use a separate gauge to measure the static pressure of the blower.  Hmm?  Maybe that is the way to go.
