It was too nice a day yest= erday not to go flying =E2=80=93 crystal clear, calm, and about 70F. I head= ed out from F70 to go out over the blue ocean for a circle of Catalina Island (about 30 miles off shore)= . Visibility was about 100 miles in all directions =E2=80=93 all of the LA = basin, and the many islands from Santa Barbara south into Mexico.  What a joy!
