But, I don't think it would be very smart on my part to = leave my spouse here to interact with the contractors while I fly off to = the wild west. In fact, I KNOW it would not be smart. So sadly, it will have to be some other speaker - heck, just about = anybody on the list could probably find a topic of interest - in fact a = very intelligent fellow by name of Doug comes to mind {:>) Furthermore, one of the things I have learned since "retiring" in 1999 = (for the second time or was it the third) is that had I know how hard = retirement was, I would have kept a job. There is simply not enough = time in the day (not to mention money) to finish all the projects you = can get started on when you retire and think you have all that time. I discovered that while theoretically a retiree should (and some do) = have gobs of time - that now that you have the time to really get into = things of interest, they can easily eat up all that retiree time. It's a well known fact (among us who still = have to=20 work), that retirees have so much free time on their = hands that their=20 always ready, willing, and able to knock out a = fun cross-country=20 trip; as long as they get to do it in their rotary = powered=20 RV!  :)
