Okay fellow rotary aviators, I spoke with custom ink, and we have to order at least 6 shirts of the same design. It could be one large logo on the rear, one on the front, or one small one on the chest with or without the flyrotary.com below it. Once that order is completed, they will send me a vector file of the design, and I will be happy to send it via email to whomever wants it to have their own version printed or embroidered. I can't do that yet, as I don't own the image as it is. I sent them a small jpg. file that was pretty pixelated when enlarged enough to be used. So technically they own the design right now. Gal said she would send me a file of it after an order was placed at no additional charge.
So I need at least 5 orders for t-shirts to move forward (I am going to order one making 6)  They don't all have to be the same color, or even the same style of shirt, (ie long sleeve, short sleeve, v neck, etc... they just have to be t-shirt material, and they have to have exactly the same design) So let me know where you would like the logo, and if you want something special, you can do your own thing with it after we have at least 6 in agreement.

If you go to their website (customink.com) you can choose a shirt, and let me know the size, color, and style you want, and I will place the order. Ben

P.S. If the design is the same size it doesn't matter if you want it on the front or the back.

Well, let me know if I can help in
any way.  If it comes down to it, I would also be
willing to accumulate orders.  I have a PayPal account
that I can use.  It would just add some to the overall
cost to re-ship to everyone.  Best Regards,

Steve Thomas

> Steve, I have no problem with sharing the design. I
was hoping for something along those lines, as in posting
the design to their website, and letting people design their
own shirts, any color and style they chose. I am not looking
to get into the shirt sales business, was just bouncing this
design around in my head. In order for them to do a silk
screen print of the design, they have to redo the artwork,
with finer lines, right now it is fairly pixelated, and
would not look good in large format. I was going to call
them and discuss options, as they have a 6 shirt minimum to
do that. I am sure there will bee that many shirts ordered,
as I had more people express interest in them, and that
didn't count a couple for me. However, I think they want
them all in one order to do that. I was hoping to find a
loop hole to that, and let everyone order their own any way
they want.

I have not had a chance to sit down and call them. I will
try to get to it this week, and will let you know, and post
to the group what I find out.

nicer, and would be my preference, but didn't figure most
people would want to cough up the extra cost. Hopefully one
will be able to do them up anyway they choose. As for right
now, they technically own the artwork, but thats is one of
the things I am going to address with them. So I can't yet
send you a file of the design.
