Lynn, what are you thoughts on making the sides corrugated and spot welded between each corrugation. At present I have the iron turbo manifold and the Hushpower II. It isn't too noisy, but I expect that the insides of the muffler could start to go any time. 10.3 hours to date.

Any method that prevents movement foils fatigue, so it sounds like it would work fine.
