The flange itself isn't a problem. It's very thick and doesn't get
that hot. After all, Mr. Hannover recommends sealing it with RTV.
On the BD-4, I used a mild steel flange from Racing Beat for my exhaust
system welded to 321 tubing.
They sell a steel flange for the Renesis for $47
(http://www.racingbeat.com/resultset.asp?PartNumber=16169)
as well as a 304 stainless steel one for $125
(http://www.racingbeat.com/resultset.asp?PartNumber=16168)
The SS one looks like a better deal as the transition to round tubing
is included.
