Unfortunately, looking at the pictures of my turbo installed on the manifold, the turbo ends up too high, right where your injectors are. If it were me, I'd move the injectors :) Perhaps that's actually the simplest path. 4 bosses, 4 welds and you're done. One thought that comes to mind for me is supporting the turbo. I realize that you may be planning to add this later, but please don't forget - I think supporting the weight of the turbo from the top independent of the manifold is essential to avoiding cracks in the manifold.
