My only comment on your turbo location is:
The turbo oil drain needs to be above the oil return port to the engine, and as close to it as possible. I think I see that your turbo is mounted quite low. The oil comming out of the turbo is alledged to be frothy and does not flow well down the hose to the engine port.
That was my problem with the -8 drain hose and the higher return port I used during the first engine runs.
I have added an oil inlet restriction orifice, increased the oil drain to a -12, and used the lower port which is the turbo oil return port, so I don't know why I didn't use it in the first place?
If the tubo is mounted too low you may need a scavanging pump to move it up to the engine? I would avoid that as a complex solution that adds weight and a failure mode.
