I haven't tried to turn my engine hot, so I have no idea about this.
However, Tracy has been flying 13B's and Renesis for years.  If he has
noticed something about his 20B, it must be different than what he is used
to feeling.
I would like to suggest that some of you who can get an engine hot  :>) do
some type of prop turn pull test to get some data here.  Maybe especially
the 20Bs, but the 13Bs as well.
This could be nothing, but it could be important to Tracy's continued well
being...that is important!

Hi Tracy;

13B's are noticeably harder to turn hot.  Probably the result of better
compression and more resistance due to recent oil and thermal expansion.

For early flight tests, consider using a video camera with a microphone for
panel data capture in-flight.
Some simplified flight test procedure notes can be crunched/analyzed
post-flight, while freeing up your attention during the busy
familiarization.

Cheers
Cary
