The box = section bed rails are .049; and I'm just going the guess the tubes are = the same. If I were you I'd be going after it with the =BE", .049 wall = that you have. The manifold was made by Cliff Manzke; cmanzke@cox.net. The manifold = is a bit of a challenge, and cost me about $1800 back when Cliff was = working out of his garage and charging me $25/hr. Now he has his own = machine shop, and the rate is probably more than double. But you can = always ask him. It is a thing of beauty (see photo). Sorry, = I don=92t=20 know the wall thickness of the tubes.  The box section bed = rails are=20 .049; and I=92m just going the guess the tubes are the = same.  If I=20 were you I=92d be going after it with the =BE=94, .049 wall that you = have.
