Rino,

Can you provide more temperature data? Water temps before and after radiator and oil before and after oil cooler if possible. If you need to move heat to the the water try placing the exchanger between the radiator out and engine water in. This should increase you water temps only a few degrees and drop you oil temps. With slightly higher water temps your radiator should also be more efficient. All my oil is cooled with an oil to water exchanger and this arrangement has worked best for me. Yours my be different. I would also place the oil side of the exchanger after your oil to air exchanger or in parallel. How much additional heat do you need to more to the water?

Subject: [FlyRotary] oil/water heat exchanger

I need suggestions on installing an oil/water heat exchanger.
My oil temp is too high and the water temp is too low in cruise.
Should I install the exchanger between the water pump and radiator OR between the radiator out and the engine?
I really do not know which is best.

Thanks
