I used Donnie Lewellen from Friona, TX. I don't know if he would come
that far, but the engine installation didn't seem to be an issue with
him at all. Also, I think he needs permission from the local FAA to do
an inspection in a different area. Not sure what all the rules are. A
Google search turns up this phone number for him (806) 295-3100. He
flew into Moriarity, NM to do the inspection. Moriarty is about 30
miles east of Albuquerque so expense to get him out there would
undoubtedly be quite a bit higher if he would/could do it.
