One is shifted to the side, so the installation is in effect keyed to only fit one way. I don't like the stand-off. I tried to fabricate it from .065 4130. It isn't even close to being centered. I am working on setting up an aluminum casting rig. I'll cast, and then machine a mount so that it is guaranteed centered and mounted solid. The rotor mount is bolted to the flywheel along with the standoff plate that holds the clutch plate that provides the connection between the e-shaft and PSRU input shaft. The rotor has two sheer screws to hold it in place. The replacement mount will come up the rotor's sides to further lock it in place.
