Hi JohnD,
Yes, having had to rebuild a rotary engine
in the rotary no-mans-land of Southwest Louisiana
– I think I understand your situation.
Thanks for the suggestion, since the wife
is the President and CEO of our company, someone suggested she could also
qualify for “women owned” support. However, since I know it would
be your money and the tax money of many of my friends that I would be
accepting, I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night {:>).
It would be interesting however, to apply
for $10,000,000 to develop a radical and new power plant for aviation that does
not need leaded gasoline as part of the governments “Go-Green”
push. I would almost do it – just to see, but too little time left for
anything but enjoying what I am doing.
You’ll like Sun & Fun, JohnD,
its warm this time of year {:>)
Ed

Ed, it isn't for lack of want that we didn't make Sun &
Fun. Here in Northern Michigan it is
hard to find anyone that knows what a Rotary is, but we are still trying to get
the 13B - Tailwind completed this week for inspection. Life gets in the
way of living, but it is the best we have. Seeing that you are a start up
company, you should put in for 5 or 6 hundred thousand dollars on one of those
new grant programs, or try banking for 6 months, which is good for
billions. BS from the farm. JohnD
