Marv & Steve,
A picture or drawing of your design would really help in visualizing what you're planning. But here's what I did. I used the stock 20B injectors, 3 in the block, and 3 at the far end of the runners. For the 3 in the block, which are the primaries, I used the stock 20B fuel rail and cut off the slip fittings and the pressure regulator and welded AN fittings onto each end. Problem half solved.
For the secondary injectors which are located out near the runner bellmouths, I fabbed a fuel rail out of 1" square 4130 tubing and welded AN fittings onto each end. I then added small pieces of round 4130 tubing for the injectors to slip into. Everything was tig welded and probably lighter than the aluminum extrusion fuel rail. If you follow this method, be sure to use thick enough round tube to allow for a taper on the inlet. The taper makes it easier to insert the injector & o-ring into the bore without cutting the o-ring.
I used a Moroso fuel pressure regulator (MAP referenced) which I mounted on the firewall.

Marv and Steve, The 20B injectors are pretty much the same as the 13B in all the later models. Check the www.SDSEFI.com site, as Ross the propriotor has either made or is representing a aluminum body piece that will hold the injector. Most of the injectors are 10mm IIRC. The body of the injector has an o-ring on it to seal in the bore, and there is a groove on mine that are held in by a fork that is held down by a 6 x 1.0 screw. The 20B has large ports like the rare 13B Cosmo engine and there is a primary injector in the larger of the 2 ports, on mine at least.

I have to make my rails for my 20b so 20 dumb things I need to know. what inj do I use ? what reg do I need ? I am making my own intake, and is there any thing it will need (like air hole ext.)? I am using the stock th/body ?
will the inj. have the seals on them or do I need them ? (drill to fit)? can I just drill the same as the stock rails ? mild steel ok or do I want 4130 ? welding ok ? ps. I have the turbos complete for sale
