Chris;

Maybe it’s just me; but I don’t find a link on your site that works.  I expect that the ‘Local News Story on Project’ is supposed to be a link; but it isn’t, at least not on my browser.

No where near as exciting as a first flight(congrats, btw, however, my

rotary Velocty made it on a news feature for the local ABC affiliates

Live at Five show on Monday.  The reporter lives in the city in whcih

I am a cop and he really liked the lawyer turned cop building an

airplane thing.

It may take a minute to load, and I think you have to have allow

active X controls, but you can view the video at

www.LoneStarVelocity.com

Since they shot the footage last Monday, 4-13-09, I have reassembled

the engine and fired it up last night for the first time AGAIN.  It is

currently running rough due to only intial timing set, but since it

was 2:00am I only ran it about 10 minutes at fast idle. Just before I

shut it down, I noticed it leaking coolant from the front cover.  I

had not tightened a nut properly....or so I hope that is all it is

<g>.  Hope to get out there again soon to continue the progress.

All the best,

Chris
