The Ivo pitch was reduced by ~6” to 60” in an effort to get more RPM/ power developed without reducing pitch too much and losing thrust.  Acceleration was better and we lifted of in less than 1000ft and climbed out at 1200 fpm.  RPM never got above 4900 at WOT, but this is an improvement of ~400 rpm from the previous setting.  Should I reduce pitch more?

This thing is almost fun now!!

I think you could afford to reduce it a bit but it depends on a few other things.  How long is the prop?  3 blades or 2?.  Try running two if you now have 3.  If length is over 72 you may want to shorten it but definitely try the un-doable things first.  The problem with reducing pitch is that you may limit cruise & top speed and go above target max rpm.  In my limited IVO prop testing I found that the spread between static and top speed rpm was a lot higher than with my wood prop which gives me about 1000 rpm delta.  The IVO gave me about 1500 as best I can remember.  For this reason, I target my static rpm at max desired rpm - delta.
