The round inserts that line the exhaust port are common to both the turbo and NA blocks. But, only the NA blocks have the anything in (across the direction of flow) the exhaust ports and they are the sort of rectangular looking pieces that run from wall to wall about. I have a turbo block with high compression rotors and love it. Although, I must admit its a bit on the loud side without a turbo to breakup the exhaust pulse.
