Just another example of the pie in the sky, answer to not drilling for our own oil. Ethanol is the answer the greenies want to hear. Already there has been millions and millions in damage and God knows how many lost lives caused by adding ethanol and methanol to motor fuels.
My first experience with ethanol in the fuel was a race weekend at Pocono. Four fuel pumps and a lost weekend later, we headed for home with all of the fuel cell foam turned into orange snot.
Who do I see about getting my weekend back? My money? My time? The Spotted Owl? Greenpiece?
How many planes crashed, and burned up concealing the gascolator full of dissolved "O" rings and fuel line pieces? How many perfectly good cars were sold off or scrapped because of fuel system failures. How much money was removed from the pockets of the poor trying to get these things to run, just so they could get to work? Rich people like your senators never get to feel that kind of sting. High fuel prices don't bother these people. How many of them have had a fuel nozzle in their hands since they were elected? Later my ATL discriminator valve broke up into little pieces because of the fumes from ethanol. Thank you tree huggers.
I suspect the clear plastic valve was the same material as your sight gages.
Just my opinion. I could be wrong.

Yes, the manual covers the site gages but it is not written for a rotary install using auto fuel instead of 100LL.
