That's interesting. When I was first starting to
test my rotary I had to back the fuel pressure way down to get it to run
relatively well. I'm backed off as far as the Aeromotive regulator will go and
indicating about 33psi. Now that things are running better maybe I should try
to bump it back up a little. I think Dave Leonard told me he had to go down on
pressure as well. What is the consensus opinion?
Still some little tuning issues but it's running
well enough to taxi around now. Runs great above 3000 RPM. Maybe a
revisit to fuel pressure will help.
Need to find a DAR and get this thing
inspected/flying!

Saturday with
the help of Mark Steitle I was able to start my renesis. Had to run
higher rpm's to keep to it running. Wideband O2 showed lean at lower
rpm's. Today after adjusting the fuel pressure to 42 psi (was 30 psi)
I was able to idle much lower. My Advanced Flight System EFIS\ engine
monitor fuel injector circuit is not putting out a tach signal so no
idea on the actual rpm's. Two primer clicks and it starts right up.
