Looks like the length on these is shorter than your requirements, but it may be worth keeping an eye on the page.

I couldn’t help searching around in the airboat site a bit.  Quite a deal on some pretty scary looking Lycomings :-0 

 

As for the prop, I’m not in hot pursuit, but thought I’d throw it out in case anyone on the list had one laying around.  Ultimately, I’ve got my heart set on the new ground adjustable CF prop that Sensenich makes.
