So long as the oil level is as high as it is in the picture, the suction lift for the pump is the same as stock. So the difference in flow would be the drag from the hose diameter. It is way bigger than the stock pickup tube, so performance should be as good as stock or better.
 
If you get better oil pressure with hot oil, than with cold oil, your suction side is lacking in flow. Easy check.
Every one wants a cheaper dry sump system. Nobody seems to make them yet.
 
The race car uses over 10 GPM so I used 1 1/4" ID tubing for the suction hose, and nearly the entire oil supply is higher than the pump, so oiling is not a problem. The pump is set to 100 PSI, and it gets that right off idle. Idle is 2,200 RPM and idle pressure is 80 PSI.
