One mounting hole is = still exposed, but the other is covered by the tube. The tube is plugged = with a disc of the same material. The covered hole is drilled out so as = to puncture the tube in two places. The holes are deburred. A small tube = is installed between the holes to prevent the tube collapse when the = longer bolt is tightened.
